Service scope

Samayak Tech Consulting offers technical mentorship, IT job support, training, code review, architecture guidance and interview preparation. These services are educational and advisory in nature.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own work, professional decisions, submissions and communications. We do not impersonate clients, complete employment tasks on their behalf, misrepresent credentials or participate in interviews as a client.

Payments and scheduling

Fees, session availability and service scope are agreed before an engagement begins. Clients should provide accurate contact details and give reasonable notice when rescheduling.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Clients should not share credentials, proprietary source code or restricted data unless authorized to do so. Both parties should treat non-public engagement information as confidential.

Changes

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
