Samyak Job Support provides technical assistance to IT professionals who need support with their work assignments, projects and technical interviews. We act solely as a support partner to our clients — the individual professionals who engage our services.

We work on behalf of our clients on tasks assigned to them. The work we perform is guided entirely by our client and remains the intellectual property of our client and their employer as per their employment terms.

2. No Employer Affiliation

We have absolutely no direct contract, agreement, relationship or affiliation with any employer, company or organisation that our clients are employed by. All communication, sessions and project details are strictly between Samyak Job Support and the individual client.

• We do not communicate with, report to, or share information with any employer
• We are not a staffing or recruitment agency
• We do not place candidates in jobs or manage employment contracts
• Our service is purely technical advisory and support in nature

3. Confidentiality

All information shared with Samyak Job Support — including client identity, employer details, project information, code, architecture and session content — is kept strictly confidential. We do not share, sell or disclose any client information to any third party under any circumstances.

• Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly requested by the client
• Client information is never shared with any third party
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available on request at no extra cost
• All our developers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with their employment agreements, company policies and applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Samyak Job Support provides technical assistance only — clients are responsible for reviewing and taking ownership of all work before submission.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Support fees are non-refundable once sessions have commenced, except in cases where we are unable to provide a suitably qualified developer. We strongly encourage all clients to take advantage of our free demo session before committing to a paid plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

Samyak Job Support provides support on a best-efforts basis. While we strive for excellence in every engagement, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to job performance ratings, interview results or project delivery timelines, as these depend on multiple factors outside our control.
